Add to ORKGThe thesis deals with coaching and education of coaches as this form of developing and leading people is actually representing a new phenomenon. Coaching is not legislatively amended in Czech Republic what causes that anybody can call himself a coach. For this reason, three professional associations exist on Czech scene which associate professional coaches with required level of education acquired in specialized programs. One of those programs is "Academy of Coaching Excellence" which is the main topic of this thesis.
